Super cozy and friendly
Victoria welcomed us with yummy chocolate brownies, which was a sweet touch! The room was beautifully decorated, and we had such nice views. The breakfast was really good, and they even packed us a lunch for our walk. Just a quick walk to the pub, but parking was a bit tricky at times.

Stunning countryside views, Charming shared lounge area, Attention to detail
No television in rooms limits entertainment options!!! Weak Wi-Fi signal in upper areas disrupts connectivity!!! Shoe removal policy can be inconvenient!!! Parking accessibility often becomes a hassle!!! Basic shower facilities leave luxury feeling lacking!!!

Perfect getaway!
We spent a night in a lovely spot — the views were absolutely stunning, especially from the kitchen area. Victoria was super welcoming and really tried to meet our needs. The only thing? The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty. The breakfast was also fantastic, fresh and tasty which is a big plus for me.

Charming stay with a twist
We had a nice couple of nights at this lovely B&B. The gardens are stunning, and that huge bathtub in our room was hard to leave! A bit awkward with the no shoes policy, though. the cat jumped on me while I was enjoyin my coffee, not really my thing. But overall, a pretty relaxing spot to unwind.

beautiful stay but minor room issues
The swimming pool was a fantastic feature that enhanced our overall experience. , Meeting other guests added a lovely social aspect to our stay.
The room could have been better maintained, as we noticed some minor wear and tear.

the room was fantastic, we had a luxourious four-poster bed which was super comfy. the gardens are so beautifull and kept really nice, breakfast was on the patio and it was just the best way to start the day. victoria was amazing and made us feel super welcomed, such a genial host! i wish we had booked for more then one night, it was a total gem!
the wifi signal could really use some boost, so hard to connect sometimes. also, there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room which was a bit annoying.

I stayed in the Deluxe King Room for three nights. The views from the window were stunning, overlooking the beautiful Kent countryside. The bathroom had a luxurious freestanding bath, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The owner, Victoria, offered warm hospitality that made my stay feel personal. Breakfast was delicious, although a full English wasn't offered on weekdays. Wifi signal was weak in my room, making it hard to stay connected. The bed was comfy, but the pillows weren’t to my taste. I also found the stairs quite steep, which could be challenging for older guests.

Just a decent option for a trip in Crockham Hill with good price-quality ratio. The shower was spacious and very refreshing. Pro tip, be prepared for no TV in the rooms, so bring a book.
